Jo-Anne Yau’s Franchising Advice Featured in “Entrepreneurs Anchor Magazine”

Ever wanted to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself?  Franchising is the answer.  On page 13 of this month’s issue of Entrepreneurs Anchor Magazine, I take franchisors and franchisees through the basics of this system, and give legal advice and strategies along the way.

This article was actually quite timely for me to author.  I am also co-teaching Franchise Law at Florida Coastal School of Law, with Prof. Jim Cataland.  Although the article is a brief introduction into the concepts, the class allows me to get into detail, and keeps me ahead of the game with the freshest franchise news.

Whether you’re a law student wanting to elaborate on our class discussion, an Entrepreneurs Anchor Magazine reader, or a business person wanting more information, please feel free to email, text, or call me to learn more.
